I am guessing this is a Reddish Egret. If so then this would be 1st time watching and photographing one 🙂.
This one was high stepping and bouncing around the waves real goofy like. Pretty fun show to watch at Huguenot Park beach.

Since I can't seem to make it out in the afternoon when the light would be more in my favor. I think these backlit photos came out pretty good. Kind of mysterious.
